Virtual Diabetes Prevention Program for Spanish- Speaking Adults on the Eastern Shore

The Eastern Shore Area Health Education Center has announced the first Spanish language Diabetes Prevention Program, offered online starting October 16th. This free, year-long program, developed by the CDC, has been shown to reduce program participants’ chances of developing type 2 diabetes by 58%.
