The Mid Shore Health Improvement Coalition's Telehealth Workgroup wants your help to spread the word about this important program. Barriers to telehealth access may include: lack of video sharing technology, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer and spotty or no internet access. The ACP benefit has the potential to reduce those barriers among many of the mid-shore's most vulnerable. Download and print the flyer or share this post with your networks.
